Mindset & Finding your Why
The most important thing you can do when starting on your fitness journey is focusing on your mindset. If you are not in the right head space, you will not stay on track. Just like we need to put in the work for our physical health, we also need to put in the work for our mental health. Journal, listen to podcasts, watch youtube videos on topics you struggle with, pray; whatever it is that gets your mind right, do that every single day. I promise that prioritizing this will make your journey so much easier, and so much more meaningful to you. And don't forget your why! Everyone has their one (or 5) reason(s) that drives them to reach their goals. Always, always, always remember yours.
