This program is for you if you don’t know where to start in the gym, or if you just need a structured plan to follow that will help you focus on strength training and/or fat loss. The plan will include 5 workout days and 2 rest & recovery days each week. Stretching routines & core work are included for rest days as well.
This is a gym based program, so you will need access to a gym or at least the basic machines, including dumbbells and a barbell.
